- Retailers, partners, and other third parties may only use the Mootes brand in compliance with this Brand Guide.
- Any commercial use of the Mootes brand requires explicit written permission.

Mootes assumes no liability for damages or consequences resulting from improper or non-compliant use of the brand, logo, signet, or other materials.
Compliance with Legal Regulations
- When using the “Swiss Made” designation, the regulations of the Swissness law must always be followed (at least 60% of manufacturing costs in Switzerland, essential production steps, etc.).
- The use of certification icons (e.g., vegan, cruelty-free) is only permitted if the respective product meets the necessary criteria.
